1. Reservation
A deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation and the balance must be paid in full on the departure date. Non-payment by required date may result in the cancellation of your booking and subjected to cancellation charges.Once we receive the deposit payment, we will send you an Invoice as a confirmation for the trip and a confirmation of your deposit payment.
2. Cancellation
Any cancellations must be made directly with NKS Hotel & Travel SDN BHD, at least 7 Day before your due arrival date (unless otherwise stated in the booking). Failure to cancel your booking will result we forfeiture of your deposit. You can amending a booking 7 days before the departure date with no forfeiture of your deposit .
3. Thing to Bring
Those thing we are not provided in our package, you must prepare your own.
There are 4 important thing you need to prepare
Torch Light or Flash Light
Raincoat (in case of rain)
Walking Boots
Insect repellent
Payment Mode
To do the payment, we accept credit card payment (Only Master Card or Visa Card) and by TT (Bank Transfer). Here will explain how the payment mode work.

Once we confirm you booking still available we need your Credit Card details to make the deposit payment. Email or Fax us the card details.
